Simone Faoro is a writer, director, and photographer from Santa Barbara, California. 

Inspired by strange characters, creatures, plants, and animals, her work explores the complexities of sexuality, womanhood, and the monstrosities of human nature. She strives to create provocative cinematic experiences and future genre classics.

Her latest film, The Yellow, premiered at TIFF 2024.
